How the 21 Days to Less Stress Program Works

You will receive a new lesson via email each day for 21 days. Each day’s topic will have a number of things you can do to put the assignment into action. Many of the lessons include journal prompts to help you get even more out of the program. If you run into roadblocks while working through the lessons, I’m just an email away and will respond within 48 hours. Hold onto your emails and you’ll have access to the rest of the program content forever!

Program Topics

Week 1: In week one, you’ll assess your current stress level and identify your main sources of stress. We’ll also talk about mindset, and dive into our beliefs about stress and what our life could be with less of it.

Week 2: We’ll cover the basics of self care, ways to turn the volume down on stress, and start making time for more self care in our daily lives.

Week 3: In our last week of lessons, we explore what your ideal stress management plan looks like, and what is getting in your way. We talk about setting boundaries, learning to say no, and setting a new daily manifesto.
